The video features Apollo’s transition from humble beginnings to success, symbolized by the shift from a Buick to a Benz. There is also the success of being able to now pursue a beautiful woman co-worker, who now acknowledges his new success.
“BUICK 2 THE BENZ” is proof that Apollo Ali’s talent and flow is still alive and present, considering the long intervals between releases. The video is a reminder of the great projects that he have put out over the years, I think I’ll take a listen back this weekend.
