Advertising Terms & Conditions
Effective Date: October 16, 2026
These Advertising Terms & Conditions (“Advertising Terms”) govern recurring website advertising services purchased from Camden One Media, operated by Seven Media Group LLC (“Camden One,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By subscribing to an advertising package, the advertiser agrees to these terms, the approved advertising arrangement, and Camden One’s general Terms of Service.
1. Advertising Packages
Camden One offers the following monthly website advertising packages:
- Community Supporter – $65/month: Rotating 300×250 display banner advertising.
- Community Partner – $95/month: Rotating 728×90 horizontal banner advertising.
- Community Champion – $145/month: Includes both 300×250 and 728×90 rotating banner formats.
Advertisements appear within designated website advertising inventory, subject to placement availability, website layout, device compatibility, and technical requirements.
Specific placement positions, exclusivity, impression quantities, or promotional distribution are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.
Social media promotion is not automatically included in these packages.
2. Advertiser Approval
All advertising is subject to Camden One’s approval.
Camden One reserves the right to decline or request modifications to advertising that is misleading, unlawful, discriminatory, inappropriate, or inconsistent with its publishing standards.
Approval of advertising does not constitute an endorsement of the advertiser’s products, services, or business practices.
3. Advertising Artwork
Advertisers are generally expected to submit artwork for review before receiving a payment link.
Artwork must meet the dimensions, technical specifications, and quality requirements of the selected advertising package.
Camden One may request modifications before approving an advertisement.
Alternative arrangements, including payment before artwork delivery, may be approved individually.
Professional advertising design, photography, video production, or other creative services are not included in standard banner advertising rates unless specifically stated.
Additional production services may be provided through Camden Design Studio under a separate agreement.
4. Payment and Recurring Billing
Advertising subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the advertiser’s individual billing date unless canceled.
Advertisers authorize recurring charges at the agreed subscription rate and billing frequency.
Subscriptions are not restricted to calendar months.
Any applicable taxes or additional charges will be disclosed as required before payment.
Changes to subscription pricing will be communicated in advance as required by applicable law and the advertising agreement.
5. Campaign Activation and Service Period
Advertising campaigns begin after Camden One confirms payment, approves the required materials, and establishes the campaign start date.
Whenever practical, the campaign start date will align with the advertiser’s subscription billing date.
If advertising begins after the initial payment date, Camden One will coordinate an appropriate service-period or billing adjustment so the advertiser receives the agreed advertising service.
Delays caused by missing or incomplete advertiser materials may require rescheduling.
Camden One will communicate any resulting changes before proceeding.
6. Advertising Rotation and Performance
Standard advertising packages operate within shared advertising inventory.
Advertising may rotate alongside other advertisers and appear in designated placements according to Camden One’s advertising configuration.
Camden One does not guarantee a specific number of impressions, clicks, leads, sales, or conversions.
Advertising performance may vary based on website traffic, audience behavior, creative materials, campaign duration, and other factors.
Camden One may provide available campaign reporting or performance information when supported by its advertising systems.
7. Subscription Cancellations
Advertising subscriptions are month-to-month unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Advertisers may cancel their subscriptions through Stripe’s Customer Portal or by contacting Camden One.
Cancellations normally take effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
An advertiser who cancels remains entitled to the agreed advertising service through the end of that period, provided the advertisement remains compliant with these terms.
No additional subscription charges will be scheduled after the cancellation takes effect.
8. Refunds and Service Adjustments
Fees for advertising services already delivered are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise agreed.
If Camden One is unable to provide a material portion of the purchased advertising service, an appropriate extension, advertising credit, or refund may be offered based on the circumstances.
Service issues should be reported promptly so Camden One can investigate and resolve them.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
9. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry payment and notify the advertiser.
Advertisers are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method.
Continued nonpayment may result in subscription cancellation or suspension of advertising services.
Camden One may remove advertisements associated with canceled or unpaid subscriptions after applicable service obligations have ended.
10. Advertising Content and Rights
Advertisers represent that they own or have permission to use the images, logos, text, trademarks, and other materials submitted for advertising.
Advertisers grant Camden One a limited, nonexclusive license to reproduce, display, resize, and technically adapt approved advertising materials as reasonably necessary to deliver the purchased campaign.
Advertisers remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and substantiation of claims made in their advertising.
Ownership of advertiser-provided artwork remains with the applicable rights holder.
Rights to creative materials produced separately by Camden Design Studio are governed by the corresponding production agreement.
11. Editorial Independence
Purchasing advertising does not provide control over Camden One’s independent editorial decisions.
Paid advertising and sponsored content will be distinguished from independent journalism as appropriate.
Advertising agreements do not guarantee news coverage, favorable reporting, interviews, or editorial endorsements.
12. Website Availability and Changes
Camden One may perform website maintenance, technical updates, and layout adjustments.
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain advertising delivery throughout the agreed service period.
If a substantial interruption prevents delivery of contracted advertising services, Camden One will evaluate an appropriate service adjustment.
Material changes to a purchased advertising package will be communicated to affected advertisers.
13. Changes to Advertising Terms
Camden One may update these Advertising Terms as its services and operations develop.
Material changes affecting active subscriptions will be communicated as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.
14. Contact and Billing Assistance
Advertisers may contact Camden One regarding artwork, billing, subscriptions, cancellations, or general advertising questions.
